This service is for applicant who wish to disconnect the water supply permanently.

1) Online via Service Sarawak portal (Available for Sarawak Rural Water Supply Department only)
2) Service Sarawak Centre at UTC Kuching, Sibu and Miri
3) Service counter at respective water authority counter

The water authority will issue final water bill if the actual water meter reading is higher than the latest month bill.

All outstanding water bill must be paid
