This service is applicable when the applicant wants to update their information as below: 1) Postal Address 2) Contact Number 3) Update current or additional contact number -House or Office or Hand phone Number 4) Email Address The applicant can update name or identity number on the water bill if the name or identity number has wrong spelling printed on the bill.
Registered owner

1) Online via Service Sarawak portal (Available for Sarawak Rural Water Supply Department only)
2) Service Sarawak Centre at UTC Kuching, Sibu and Miri
3) Service counter at respective water authority counter

This application is subject to approval by Water Authority.
