This service is for companies who wishes to apply for Manufacturing Permit and Industrial Lot developed by Ministry of International Trade and Industry, Industrial Terminal and Entrepreneur Development (MINTRED).
Companies that are involved in Manufacturing activities as per following criteria :
- Manufacturing Permit application:
- Minimum paid up capital of RM 100,000 for a local company.
- Minimum paid up capital of RM300,000 for a foreign or JV (local & foreign) company.
- Exemption for enterprises (sole proprietor/partnership) where there is no fixed minimum paid-up capital requirement.
- Industrial Lot application :
- Minimum paid up capital of RM 100,000
- The company is incorporated under Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)
