This service is for the change of ownership for the water meter supply account to the new owner.

- Authorised representative.
- Service counter at respective water authority counter
The applicant is required to provide the following supporting document :
- Proof of Identity (MyKad or Passport or Company Registration Certificate)
- Authorised Letter from owner if application is by representative
All outstanding water bill must be paid.
