This service allows Houses of Worship/Societies/Trust Boards/Jawatankuasa Kemajuan dan Keselamatan Kampung (JKKK) that have received fund assistance for Houses of Worship to submit their project progress reports.
Submission of report can be made online by clicking button “Submit” below.
Houses of Worship/Societies/Trust Board/JKKK that have received fund assistance for Houses of Worship of Other Religions.
Softcopy of supporting documents as follows:
- 1 copy of the project implementation documents (Ex: project implementation report by the contractor etc.).
- 1 copy of the project payment documents (Ex: invoice, receipt etc.)
- Latest pictures of project progress (in jpg, jpeg, gif or png format)
Project progress reports for status as of March & September every year must be submitted until the fund assistance received have been fully utilized.
