- Academic Certificate
- Professional Bodies Certificate
- Resume / Curriculum Vitae
- Employment Confirmation Letter (if any)
- Company Registration Information, Form 49 and Form 24 (if any)
- Renewed certificate of Professional Bodies, Proof of Renewal Form and Receipt (if any)
