A one-off assistance of RM500 is given to licensed tour vehicle drivers under the Sarawak Government special aid BKSS 6.0 to help ease burden of the tour vehicle drivers in dealing with Covid-19 pandemic.

1) Must be a Sarawakian.
2) Must be a permanent staff & have PERKESO contribution.
3) Must have Vocational Licence (PSV) / Licence E / or any driving licence that is still effective within JPJ validity period.
4) Working with a company that has Tour Operating Business and Travel Agency Business (TOBTAB) Licence & valid MOTAC vehicle permit.
5) Company must present Letter of Driver Confirmation using Letterhead.
6) Only two drivers are allowed for each tour bus that are the driver and spare driver.
7) Cash Assistance will be paid as a one-off to each individual driver and spare driver & not according to the number of owned permit  or vehicle.

No application is required.   The list of recipients is generated from the list of licensed tour operators that have registered with Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC).

A one- off Cash payment of RM500 will be credited to the recipient’s bank account.  The recipient is to make sure the bank account registered with MOTAC is valid and active.
