This service is for applicant who wish to apply for new mains layer license under Ministry of Utilies and Telecommunication
This service is available online
Applicant who had passed their Mains Layer examination at the accredited institutions (Oral, Theory, Practical)
The applicant is required to provide the following supporting document:
- Slip exam from accredited institutions
- Identity Card (Front & Back)
- New Photo (Passport Size, coloured)
- Medical Report (Fit to work & Free from Waterborne Disease)
Payment can be made via SarawakPay.
The application is subject to approval by the Sarawak Water Authority (SWA).
