Application for Certificate of Approval (COA) for Assembler, Manufacturer or Importer of Gas Fittings, Gas Appliances and Gas Equipment.

Assemblers, manufacturers, or importers of gas fittings, gas appliances, or gas equipment must obtain a Certificate of Approval (COA) to ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements. This approval verifies that the entity is authorised to assemble, manufacture, or import regulated gas products in Sarawak.

The application can be submitted through the online via Sarawak Government or Service Sarawak Portal.

Any registered company that wants to assemble, manufacture, or import gas fittings, gas appliances, or gas equipment in Sarawak.

 
  • Ensure all required supporting documents are complete and up to date before submission.
  • Make sure the applicant’s business licences and company registration documents are valid.

  • Assembler: 
RM500(New) / RM250(Renew)
  • Manufacturer:
RM500(New) / RM250(Renew)
  • Importer:
RM800(New) / RM400(Renew)
 
Payment Methods:
  • Online banking.
  • Counter Payment Service
 

The application is required to submit the supporting documents below:
  1. Business registration or incorporation documents.
  2. Business/trade licence.
  3. Company profile.
