Online Lodgement of Land Instrument

Enables law firms in Sarawak to do online submissions of the full range of legal instruments pertaining to land dealings. The system processes these submissions and will electronically lodge them if they are found to be in order

Premium eLASIS user account for Law Firm that are registered with The High Court in Sabah and Sarawak
Login as Law Firm in eLASIS portal: https://elasis.sarawak.gov.my
The submission could be made by law firms in Sarawak
  • Premium eLASIS user account with eLodgement application require recommendation from Assistant Registrar or Registrar for Sarawak Land and Survey Department Superintendent approval
  • Supportive documents are required for the user account application approval which could be submitted online. The documents are such as copy of Identity Card, Company Registration Certificate, Practice Certificate from Registrar of High Court in Sabah and Sarawak etc.
