Application for Renewal of TOL Residential Lots at Resettlement Schemes and Kampung Extension Scheme

Applicant can apply for Renewal of Residential TOL annually at a minimal fee. 

Via elasis portal: https://elasis.sarawak.gov.my

 
Existing residential TOL holder
For online application, need to obtain an account in eLASIS (https://elasis.sarawak.gov.my)

 
Minimal fee will be charged when renewal is approved.  Payment of the fee can be made online:
  1. Bank Account Direct Debit
  2. Credit Card
  3. Prepayment Account
  4. SPay Global (eWallet)

  1. For online application, need to obtain an account in eLASIS (https://elasis.sarawak.gov.my)
  2. Applicant need to provide the existing TOL Licence Number when doing renewal of TOL
