L&S is issuing TOLs for miscellaneous purposes other than residential. For example, circus site, motorcycle parking, stone dressing yard, etc. Miscellaneous TOLs can be issued on either surveyed or unsurveyed state land. For surveyed state land, the coverage area may be a whole or partial of the surveyed lot. |

| Miscellaneous TOL can be applied by government agency, individual, company and society. Only registered user (ie. Basic/Premium eLASIS account holder) can proceed to apply. |
| Applicant need to plot the area and provide the details of the land applied including the estimated land size and purpose of the application |
Submission online is free of charge, however there are some payment required before the TOL is issued
