Application of Residential Lots at Resettlement Schemes and Kampung Extension Scheme

Applicant can apply for Residential Lots at Resettlement Schemes and Kampung Extension Scheme when there is announcement of scheme opening from the Department.  Application is to made online from eLASIS portal.

 

For online application, need to obtain an account in eLASIS (https://elasis.sarawak.gov.my)

  1. The Applicant is a Malaysian citizen residing in Sarawak.
  2. Applicants are additional families in the scheme area.
  3. Applicants are now residing in the scheme area.
  4. Applicants aged between 18 - 64 years on the date of application.
  5. Applicants do not have property for residential purposes
  6. The gross monthly income of the applicant's household is in the B40 category and does not exceed M40 (M1) or RM5,879.00

 
Application can only be made online when there is announcement of scheme opening by Land and Survey Department
Submission online is free of charge, however there are some payment required before the TOL is issued
