Pre-Approved standardized designs from JKR Sarawak for the implementation of projects throughout the state.
A copy of the endorsed Project Brief and appointment letter.
For the time being, all application of the designs should be through JKR Sarawak as the implementing agency and technical advisor. Project Officers are to apply for the chosen design documents to the SPAP Unit through the official channels.
All Sarawak Government Agencies and Clients.
- Requests can only be made FOR implementation of an approved project. Each approval of the SPAP design is only for the use on the submitted project. A separate request should be made for the repeated use of the same design on another project.
- Project Officers are still required and responsible for the preparation of planning and other required submission(s) and obtain necessary approval(s).
- Any alteration of the design is prohibited. Altered SPAP documents are no longer recognized as pre-approved SPAP designs and new SBDC approval should be obtained for the altered design to be used. Any deviation from the provided documents due to design amendments or improvements should be notified to SPAP Unit.
SPAP is a free government service.
