Pustaka Negeri Sarawak is the custodian of Sarawak’s knowledge. As part of its Sarawakiana program, the 1Village 1Story Project is an initiative to preserve photograph collections through a portal to engage the users to share their old photographs collection and give description / information especially about the histories / historical events in the Sarawak villages.
The users can access the Sarawakiana Portal through https://sarawakianaportal.sarawak.gov.my, as well as to browse the 1Village1Story Project.
Please use this form to contribute new photos, or visit our 1Village1Story Project or other online services related to Sarawakiana to assist us to describe the photos that we have in our collection.
Before contributing your photos, please be informed that you are agree to our terms and conditions.
Photos of your villages or historical events of the past are most welcomed to be shared via this portal.

The list of village names are listed in our database. If your village that is in Sarawak (whether in the past or present) is not within the list, please do contact us at Sarawakiana Division at 082-374000 for more assistance.
