- Divorce Certificate (if applicable)
- Death Certificate (if applicable)
- Other related documents for verification.
This service is available online. For assisted application, Pre-Reg Assist is available at District Office and Sub-District Offices.
- Non-Muslim Sarawakians with the letter "k" on their Mykad.
- At least one of the applicants is a Sarawakian Native.
- No current active marriage record registered with JAIS and NRD Malaysia.
No fee charges.
