TALIKHIDMAT acts as a one stop communication channel for the public to reach government agencies or non government organisations in the state of Sarawak concerning public services. Initiated by the Department of The Premier Of Sarawak, it supplements existing communication facilities provided by the agencies.
The OBJECTIVE of TALIKHIDMAT is to serve the public by connecting them with an accurate service provider section to handle their reports. With proper management and approach, the public will get prompt responses.

You are required to provide following information to be given when submitting your feedback:
- SarawaklD for login into the Talikhidmat system
- Full name
- Identity Card (IC) number
- Address and/or email
- Contact number (mobile or fixed line)
- Clear description of feedback details (including location of the case/isu, person(s) involved, relevant photos, etc).

Talikhidmat caters for all public feedbacks including complaints, enquiries, suggestions, requests for help and compliments relating to Sarawak State Government Agencies which includes Ministries, Departments, Statutory Bodies, Local Authorities as well as Government Linked Companies (GLCs) which have been identified as essential service providers.
An EXCEPTION covers on all cases received that are related to any Private Company or involving:

- Public Accounts Committee (PAC)
- Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC)
- Legal Aid Bureau
- Courts of Law (These cases will be channeled to the company or respective bodies concerned and are considered CLOSED in the Talikhidmat System.)
