Registration as an Electrical Installation Contractor is a certification that recognizes a person who has suitable electrical knowledge and experience of electrical installation practices. Electrical Installation Contractor is allowed to submit plans, drawing and specifications for low voltage that receiving energy from a licensee via a switch gear rated at 60A and below. The validity period of the Certificate of Registration as an Electrical Installation Contractor is one year. Therefore, a renewal application must be submitted to ensure the company allowed to carry out electrical installation works. |
| Documents attachment required for this form: 1. A copy of the Business Registration Certificate 2. A copy of Business Trading Licence. 3. A copy of Business Extract. 4. Name list of Competent Person(s) employed by company. 5. Detail of equipment and instrument. 6. A copy Certificate of Competency, EPF/SOCSO statement. |
