Endorsement for Certificate of Competency as a Cable Jointer

An application for the endorsement of a Certificate of Competency as a Cable Jointer is made if the certificate holder needs to change the data and information on the certificate as follows:
  1. Changing the restrictions on the Certificate of Competency as a Cable Joiner.
  2. Upgrade voltage restriction on the Certificate of Competency as a Cable Joiner.
  3. Change of name or religion of the certificate holder.
Documents that need to be attached (depend to the purpose of the endorsement):
  1. Supporting letter from company for open the certificate’s restriction.
  2. Sworn affidavit for change of name/religion.
  3. The existing competency certificate return to EIU for cancelation.
 

The application can be made through the online application systems as below:
  1. eUTILITIES System at  https://eutilities.sarawak.gov.my, atau
  2. Sarawak Government Portal at https://sarawak.gov.my
 
Eligible application criteria:
 
  1. Valid Certificate of Competency as a cable Jointer
  2. Have supporting document for the purpose of endorsement.

Application for endorsement of the Certificate of Competency as for Cable Jointer will be rejected without any of the following supporting document (depend to the purpose of the endorsement):
 
  1. No supporting letter from company for open the certificate’s restriction.
  2. No sworn affidavit for change of name/ religion.

RM 50

  1. S Pay Global
  2. Counter Payment Service
  3. Bank Draft
  4. Postal Order
 
Payment via Bank Draft or Postal order must be paid to "Kerajaan Negeri Sarawak".
