5) Passed Pipe Fitter Examination

Fees payable for licence as a pipe fitter or mainslayer (regulation 123):
(a) For the issue of a licence : RM 40.00
(b) For the renewal of licence : RM20.00
(c ) Fee for a duplicate of a licence as a mains layer : RM 10.00

2) Counter Payment Service. For payment over counter using bank draft or Postal Order, it must made payable to “KERAJAAN NEGERI SARAWAK”.
