Certificate of Registration as a Switchboard Manufacturer is given to a firm/company in the course or in connection with or for the purposes of any trade or business carried out in relation to making switchboard either for low voltage and/or voltage higher than low voltage.
The application is required to submit the supporting documents below:
- Business of registration, trading license, extract or form 24.
- Certificate of competency, EPF or SOCSO statement and consent letter for the competent person employed on a full-time basis with at least one wireman first grade and one chargeman L1.
- Insurance coverage for the employees.
- List of suitable equipment and instruments.
- Agreement for the rented premises or owned premises for carrying the business.
Registered company as a switchboard Manufacturer.
