Introduction
Service Sarawak was formulated and implemented by Sarawak Government as part of the Sarawak Civil Service Transformation Journey on customer service delivery. It was launched by the Premier of Sarawak, The Right Honourable Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri (Dr) Abang Haji Abdul Rahman Zohari bin Tun Datuk Abang Haji Openg on 2 December 2018.
The implementation of Service Sarawak aims to create a major shift and change in the way the Sarawak government provides frontline customer services, enhancing the customers’ experience in dealing with the government based on the concept of “One Government At Your Service”.
The services from Sarawak Public Service frontline agencies are integrated and make accessible through multiple channels under Service Sarawak namely counter, kiosk, portal and mobile apps to enable our people enjoy seamless experience, greater convenience and faster services.
Service Sarawak is managed and operated by the Sarawak Civil Service Digitalisation Unit of the Sarawak Premier Department.
