About Us

Service Sarawak is the Sarawak Government customer-centric service delivery model that was introduced in 2018. The aim is to provide positive customer experience in dealing with the State Government by providing integrated & seamless one stop services.

In providing equity service to all, State Government frontline services are delivered through multiple contact points namely Service Sarawak Centre, Service Sarawak Kiosk, Service Sarawak Portal and Service Sarawak App.

Service Sarawak is managed and operated by the Sarawak Civil Service Digitalisation Unit of the Sarawak Premier Department.
