For applicant who have requested to terminate their water supply temporary before and wish to reconnect the water supply to their premise, they can apply using this application.
The applicant is required to provide the following supporting document :
- Proof of Identity (MyKad or Passport or Company Registration Certificate)
- Letter of Administration if owner is deceased
- Authorised Letter from owner if application is by representative
- Owner
- Authorised representative
All outstanding water bill must be paid.
This application is subject to approval by Water Authority
