This service is applicable when applicants who wish to delay payment of the outstanding water bills due to high bills. The maximum delay payment term is 3 months.

The applicant is required to provide the following supporting document :
1) Proof of Identity (MyKad or Passport or Company Registration Certificate).
2) Authorised Letter from owner if application is by representative.

This application is subject to approval by Water Authority.
